Mike Kaspolis bought the 20X The Money ticket at Ralley Quik Shop, at 1108 Broadway, lottery officials said.

“When I bought the ticket, I scratched it and looked at it but didn’t know I had won,” Kaspolis said. “So I scanned it and then I knew.”

Lottery officials said the owner of a small business didn’t say what he’d spend his money on, though he seemed interested in the new model Chevrolet Camaro.

The 20X The Money game had 22 tickets with the $200,000 top prize, and 15 have been claimed already.

Kaspolis is the third big winner of a scratcher game in San Diego County over the past month. A $5 million ticket was purchased in Julian and one worth $3.25 million was bought in La Mesa.
