CityMark Development has opened a 14-unit contemporary townhome community a block from the beach in Imperial Beach.
The BEACHBREAKib community is located at Seacoast Drive and Elm Avenue and priced from low $700,000s. Units range from 1,267 to 1,938 square feet with two or three bedrooms.
The townhomes have wrap-around windows and balconies above ground-floor retail space. There is also one single-family home in the development.
“Great thought was put into the design of these floor plans so they embrace a beach lifestyle,” says Russ Haley, vice president of CityMark. “The urban designs offer easy access to the inherent walkable nature of the community.”
San Diego-based CityMark has constructed more than 1,000 residences, including single-family homes, mid-rise condominiums, lofts and row homes.
