A parolee accused of stabbing his uncle during a family argument in the Jamacha/Lomita area was charged Wednesday with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
Pascual Munoz, 33, is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
Munoz was arrested after the altercation last Friday night in the 7700 block of Jamacha Road. Police said the 49-year-old victim was stabbed three times and taken to a hospital, where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The nature of the argument and motive for the stabbing were not disclosed.
