Whether you live in North County or in the South Bay, here’s the ultimate list of Easter events happening around San Diego County.

North County

The Cornerstone Church of San Diego is hosting a community Easter egg hunt from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30. The event will take place at Grape Day Park in Escondido.

The San Diego Botanic Garden in Encinitas will host a spring party with a bunny from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 26. Children ages 2 to 6 are invited to pet real bunnies and participate in crafts. The event is $15 for members and $18 for non-members.

The city of Oceanside is hosting a number of Easter egg hunts on Saturday, March 26. From Libby Lake Park to Fireside Park, events are scheduled throughout the day.

Central San Diego

The Pacific Beach Recreation Center is hosting an egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 26. The event includes activities and goodie bags. Admission is $3.

Head over to Torrey Hills Community Park for a free Easter event. Attendees can expect games, music and face painting. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Marie Hitchcock Puppet Theater in Balboa Park will host two Easter shows on Saturday, March 26. Viewers can follow the story of Benito Bunny and his search for stolen Easter eggs.

Start the day with breakfast with the Easter bunny on Saturday, March 26. The Coronado Community Center is hosting a family-friendly Easter event complete with games and eggs hunts. Festivities begin at 9 a.m.

South Bay

Chula Vista’s firefighters will host their annual Easter egg hunt from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 19 at Mt. San Miguel Park. The free event includes pictures with the Easter Bunny, lessons on fire safety and craft activities.

Take the hunt for eggs to the beach. An egg hunt will take place at Portwood Pier Plaza in Imperial Beach at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 26.

Paseo del Rey Church in Chula Vista will host an egg hunt at 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 19. The free event includes games, snacks and crafts.

East County

Easter is early in La Mesa with an egg hunt scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 16. The free event at Shepherd of the Hills includes snacks and a movie screening.

The city of Santee will host a spring Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 26 at the beautiful Santee Lakes. The event, which will include egg hunts, carnival rides, food and pony rides, runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
