An 11-year-old boy went missing in Oceanside Tuesday and he was last seen in the 2000 block of California Street.
Carter Jackson was last known to be at the location, near Palmquist Elementary School, at about 11 a.m., according to the Oceanside Police Department.
At the time, the boy, who is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, about 100 pounds and has blue eyes and “dirty blond” hair, was wearing a black-and-white shirt, black pants and a black hat, police said.
