San Diego Wave looks to remain undefeated in the Concacaf W Champions Cup when they face Club America Femenil on Wednesday at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego.
Following a 2-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC in early October, San Diego Wave improved to 3-0-0 in Group B of the tournament. It was the second shutout win of the tournament for San Diego, after they won 2-0 over Santa Fe FC in August.
San Diego has scored seven goals over their three tournament games so far. Their next opponent, Club America Femenil, has scored 13 goals over their three games. Club America Femenil has won two of their three games, falling only to the Portland Thorns.
Wednesday’s match kicks off at 7:00 p.m. PST at Snapdragon Stadium.
