There will be a temporary freeway-to-freeway connector closure on the I-5 this week, officials said Sunday.
The southbound La Jolla Parkway ramp to southbound I-5 will close from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, according to Caltrans.
Motorists will be detoured to the 52 East to the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard-Regents Road off-ramp, then will turn left to the westbound SR-52 on-ramp to southbound I-5.
