A motorcycle rider suffered a fractured femur during a crash with a vehicle in the Bay Terraces community of San Diego, authorities said Sunday.
The 40-year-old man riding a 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle westbound in the 6800 block of Doriana Street crashed into a 2012 Volkswagen Golf about 10:50 p.m Saturday as the car was pulling into a driveway to make a U- turn, the San Diego Police Department reported.
“As the Volkswagen Golf was making the U-turn, the Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided with the Volkswagen,” according to a police statement. “The motorcycle rider suffered a fractured femur.”
