A power outage briefly left hundreds of homes and businesses without electrical service Tuesday in La Presa, Rancho San Diego and Spring Valley, authorities reported.
The outage struck at about 1 p.m., knocking out power to a total of 1,054 San Diego Gas & Electric customers, the power company advised.
Service was restored to all the affected addresses by shortly before 1:30 p.m., according to SDG&E.
The cause of the outage was under investigation, the utility reported.
