A 29-year-old motorcycle rider was killed in a collision with a vehicle in Vista on Monday night.
The collision occurred at 6:18 p.m. at the intersection of Emerald Drive and Promenade Circle, San Diego County Sheriff‘s Department Deputy Ken Werner said.
The victim collided with a Honda Civic making a left-hand turn off Emerald Drive and died at the scene, Werner said.
The motorcycle’s speed was believed to be a factor in the collision, Werner said. The accident remains under investigation.
