San Diego Police were on the lookout Monday for a thief who flashed a gun at a clerk at a liquor store in the Sherman Heights neighborhood.
The clerk at the Golden Hill Market at 2099 Market St. saw the handgun as the suspect was grabbing liquor bottles shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday, San Diego Police Officer Dan Lasher said.
The suspect ran off with two bottles of liquor.
Police described him as a white man around 30 years old and 5-foot-9. He was wearing a blue checkered shirt and black shorts.
