KB Home is opening Boulder Point, a 132-unit, duplex-style starter homes project in Lakeside, this weekend.
The new homes range from 1,465 to 1,748 square feet, with up to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and are priced from the low-$400,000s.
KB Home described the new development as convenient to the San Diego Trolley station in Santee and to Interstate 8 and state highways 52 and 67.
Amenities in the development include parks, children’s play yards and barbecue areas.
Los Angeles-based KB Home is one of the nation’s largest home builders.
