The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped for the 18th consecutive day following a 35-day streak of increases, decreasing seven-tenths of a cent to $3.295.
The average price has dropped 20.6 cents over the past 18 days, including nine-tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 11 cents less than one week ago and 70.7 cents lower than one year ago but 27.1 cents higher than one month ago.
