National City Police asked for the public’s help Monday in finding a hit-and-run driver who killed a 75-year-old pedestrian.
An older model white pickup struck the person in a crosswalk in the 900 block of East Plaza Boulevard about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, according to National City Police.
The driver, a Hispanic man possibly in his mid-30s, was last seen turning north onto Highland Avenue, police said. Anyone with more information was asked to call police at (619) 336-4411.
