
San Diego State, riding a 10-game winning streak to start the season, edged into two national polls Monday.
The Aztecs ranked 25th in the Associated Press Top 25. with Louisville (9-0) in the top spot. Kansas (7-1) and Ohio State (9-0) followed in second and third.
In the USA Today Coaches Poll, San Diego State came in at No. 24, with Louisville also on top, trailed by Ohio State and Kansas.
SDSU beat San Jose State 59-57 on Sunday, on their final shot, a 3-pointer by Malachi Flynn.
The Aztecs last made the Top 25 in the 2014-15 season. The team ranked No. 24 in an AP poll in February 2015 and No. 25 in a Coaches poll in March 2015.
