Two men discovered a 24-year-old man with stab wounds in a closed lot at the San Ysidro Chamber of Commerce Community Service Center early Sunday, police said.

They found the victim, who also suffered facial fractures, in a black sedan at 663 E. San Ysidro Boulevard at 9:45 a.m. Sunday.

The victim told San Diego police that he had no memory of how he was stabbed in the stomach nor how long he had been sitting in the car. Paramedics transported him to the hospital with serious injuries.

It’s also not known how the two men are connected to the victim, or how they entered the locked parking lot to help.
