A huge turnout of surfers in a variety of colorful costumes came out for the 10th annual Tourmoween at Tourmaline Surfing Park in North Pacific Beach on Halloween morning. The Mount Rushmore team won best costume, and the Sixers won best party wave team. A beach cleanup followed the costume contest.
