A vehicle parked in a downtown parking garage caught fire Friday and was extinguished by San Diego Fire-Rescue crews.
The blaze was reported at 6:12 a.m. Friday and firefighters found the vehicle burning at the garage on 401 B Street at 6:17 a.m., according to a fire department online log. The blaze was extinguished in about 10 minutes.
There were no injuries and no damage to the structure, a fire official said. A total of 41 fire personnel were involved in fighting the fire.
