A parking lot argument left one man in the hospital and another in jail early Sunday morning.
Two men got into an argument just after 2 a.m. today on the 4100 block of El Cajon Boulevard, near Interstate 15 in the Kensington neighborhood of San Diego, San Diego police said today. During the altercation, the suspect, 20, got into his car and backed up into the victim, 29, before he left the scene, police said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries including a broken foot and head injury. The suspect returned to the scene after police responded and was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
The names of the victim and suspect have not been released and the incident is still under investigation, police said.
