The Who‘s rescheduled San Diego concert date was announced Tuesday, but fans will have to wait nearly eight months to see the legendary rock band.

“The Who Hits 50” North American tour was scheduled to begin two weeks ago at the Valley View Casino Center, but was put off because singer Roger Daltrey contracted a virus.

The Who will now perform at the venue on May 27.

“I am now on the mend and feeling a lot better,” Daltrey said in a statement issued by the band.

New dates were also set for shows in Anaheim, Las Vegas and Los Angeles – – also in late May. Tickets for the original dates will be honored at the rescheduled shows, according to the band.

The tour is now set to begin Feb. 27 in Detroit.
