Dem Party Leader Counters Rape Claim, Says Sex Audio Indicates ‘Max Consent’

Reporters at a downtown press conference heard a 5-minute sex tape that the sidelined San Diego County Democratic Party chair and his legal team say showed “consent to the max.”

The Rev. Shane Harris (center) stood with county faith, legal and business leaders — and county Supervisor Kristin Gaspar — to promote the "civility pledge" ahead of the election and its aftermath.
