Montgomery Steppe Declares Victory in Supervisor Election — Hear Her Speech

Barely half an hour after polls closed, San Diego City Councilmember Monica Montgomery Steppe declared victory with over 60% of the vote in the special election to replace Nathan Fletcher on the Board of Supervisors.
