One Killed, 2 Injured in Downtown Stabbing; Suspect Later Found Dead by Suicide

Homicide detectives are investigating after one man was stabbed to death and another injured on Saturday night at the downtown Grande South complex, and the suspect was found dead in San Ysidro Sunday morning.
