San Diego Restaurant Week

The 15th Annual San Diego Restaurant Week ends this Sunday. More than 180 restaurants are participating in the weeklong feasting extravaganza.

This is a perfect time to take a culinary tour throughout the thriving food scene in San Diego. The participating restaurants will offer three-course prix-fixe dinner menus for $20, $30, $40 or $50 per person. Some will also offer two-course prix-fixe lunch menus for $10, $15 or $20.

Participating restaurants span the county, from South Bay to North County and from the beaches to East County.

San Diego Sunroad Marina Boat Show

Summer’s almost here, maybe it’s time to buy that boat you’ve always wanted. Come check them out at the annual San Diego Sunroad Marina Boat Show.

More than 200 new and used sailboats and motor yachts ranging from 30 feet up to 90 feet will be in the water and on display at Harbor Island. The show is 20 percent larger than in years past and organizers had to add floating docks to accommodate the additional boats.

The 28th annual show is open from noon to 6 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $15 for adults, with children 12 and under free. Active duty military, EMTs, police and fire personnel get in free Friday with valid ID.

San Diego Caffeine Crawl

You’ve heard of bar crawls, how about Caffeine Crawl? Well, it’s a thing and it’s happening this weekend.

San Diego’s coffee scene remains untapped and the fifth annual San Diego Caffeine Crawl is seeking to change that. Nearly 30 local roasters, cafés and companies are participating in this event.

This year’s crawls are happening at various locations in San Diego, Carlsbad and Oceanside on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Tickets range from $28 to $37.

Small Image Show

Good things sometimes come in small packages. This art exhibition in Spanish Village Art Center takes this saying to heart.

The exhibition features works of art that 10-by-10 inches or smaller. The juried awards exhibition has a wide variety of media and has been gaining in popularity. All displayed art is for sale.

The 44th annual Small Image Show goes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Feb. 24 with an artists’ reception from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free.

Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream

Come see your favorite Disney characters on ice this weekend at Pechanga Arena San Diego.

Meet Moana, Ana, Kristoff and Olaf at Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream. The ice skating show features the beloved Disney characters, new and old, set to music.

Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream show times are 7 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets start at $15.
