As part of its efforts to encourage a vibrant waterfront, the Port of San Diego announced it will support 66 special events during the fiscal year beginning July 1.

Support Times of San Diego's growth
with a small monthly contribution

The events will take place in all five port cities — Chula Vista, Coronado, Imperial Beach, National City and San Diego — and will receive $776,700 in sponsorship funding plus over $1 million in waived fees.

“We are proud to support a wide variety of events in our many beautiful bayfront parks and on our piers. We invite and encourage locals and visitors to join us — from festivals and fitness events, to films and fireworks, everyone is sure to have a lot of fun on San Diego Bay,” said Port Board Chairman Rafael Castellanos.
