Cool temperatures and partly cloudy skies along San Diego’s coast are on tap for Memorial weekend, but inland valleys should see warmer weather and fewer clouds, according to forecasters.
Daytime high temperatures will hover in the mid to high 60s with overnight lows dropping to the low 60s along the coast throughout the three-day holiday weekend, according to the National Weather Service. A marine layer that will produce heavy fog could bring some drizzle to the coast overnight and into early morning hours.
Inland valleys are expected to be partly cloudy through Sunday, but Memorial Day will see clear skies, according to the NWS. Temperatures are expected to reach the mid to high 70s by Monday, with overnight lows dropping to the mid 50s.
