A deep marine layer will bring cooler weather to the San Diego area through the weekend.
The National Weather Service office in San Diego said a strong trough of low pressure will move through the West Coast, causing a deeper marine layer and keeping temperatures at or slightly below normal.
Highs in San Diego through Sunday are forecast to be in the mid 70s along the coast, and upper 70s inland.
Evenings will be noticeably cooler with lows in the 50s.
