DJT Presents: Flight of the Lawnchair Man
Before there was Pixar’s “Up” there was Jerry Gorman, a regular guy from New Jersey. All he wants to do is fly and he does it in a a lawnchair and 400 helium balloons.
“Flight of the Lawnchair Man” is playing at San Diego Junior Theatre through Feb. 15. Tickets range from $11 to $15.
Farmers Insurance Open 2015
Tiger Woods may have withdrawn from the Farmers Insurance Open, but there are still a lot of other golfers to watch at Torrey Pines Golf Course.
The PGA Tour goes through Sunday and tickets range from $30 to $200.
Balboa Park Exposition Designers 1915-1935
As the Balboa Park celebrates its centennial, Marsten House is showcasing the architects, designers and landscape architects of the two San Diego-Panama Expositions. The work of more than 20 of the most significant designers will be presented with an exhibition of drawings and photographs with accompanying publications, lectures, and architectural tours.
The showcase starts this weekend and goes through November and is included in the admission to Marsten House.
The Marvel Experience
Here’s your chance to be a part of Earth’s mightiest heroes to save the planet. Swing with Spider-Man, smash with Hulk and fly with Iron Man at Del Mar Fairground.
The show is on Saturday and Sunday at various times. Tickets start at $27.50
