Authorities asked the public Thursday to keep an eye out for a missing Vista man with a variety of physical challenges that could put him at risk.

Deonicio Sebastian, 67, left his residence on West Indian Rock Road on Monday. He has not returned nor been in contact with his family, according to sheriff’s officials.

Sebastian walks with a limp and suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and a heart condition that requires a pacemaker. He must take medications for the ailments every six hours.

Deputies describe Sebastian as roughly 5-foot-4-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. The Latino man has a dark complexion and a receding hairline.

He frequents a Walmart in Oceanside and Arango Green Growers on Bautista Avenue in Vista.

Anyone spotting a man matching Sebastian’s description is asked to call the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department at 858-565-5200.
