Police said they are looking for potential victims of a ride-hailing service driver who is suspected of sexually assaulting three developmentally disabled women while providing unlicensed massage services in their homes.
Huntingt0n Beach resident Rusty Lee Love, 52, was arrested Dec. 21 on suspicion of sexually assaulting the women in their Costa Mesa homes, and was later released on $50,000 bail.
Costa Mesa police said they are looking for other potential victims of Love, who drove for an unnamed ride-hailing service between Orange and San Diego counties.
Police said Love allegedly assaulted the three women, with whom he was acquainted, while providing in-home massages between 2017 and 2018. Following his arrest, detectives learned about Love’s work for a ride-hailing service and believe he may have come in contact with other potential victims through his job as a driver.
Anyone with information or who suspects they may have been victimized was asked to call Costa Mesa police Detective Rob Dimel at (714) 754-5363.
