Times of San Diego is receiving reports Wednesday of a spam website opening in a new tab when readers click on some article links.
The spam website is called Fuse-Data.com. If it appears, don’t click on any of its links.
If this website appears, note that it is in a new tab or window. The article you were seeking will appear in the original tab or window.
Our hosting company, WP Engine in Austin, is performing a full security scan of the website to fix the problem. The process takes a full 24 hours and is expected to be completed by 8 a.m. Thursday.
Times of San Diego regrets the inconvenience and thanks readers for their patience.
