A 61-year-old man driving a motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with multiple fractures after a collision with another driver on Ted Williams Parkway on Friday afternoon, according to a San Diego police report.

It happened at about 1:44 p.m. when the motorcyclist was driving west over Interstate 15, and another driver going east in a 2013 Chevy made a left turn in front of the motorcyclist, said SDPD officers.

The 88-year-old man driving the Chevy was turning to go North onto the I-15, when the vehicles collided. According to SDPD, the crash left the motorcyclist with multiple fractures to his left arm and a dislocated hip.

SDPD officers say the Traffic Division is continuing to investigate the collision.
