TMZ and other sites are reporting the San Diego native’s response to a lawsuit by Lena Zawaideh, who used to be the drummer in his band, Bad Things.

“Among the allegations, Zawaideh claims White sent her sexually explicit and graphic images of ‘engorged and erect penises’ and forced her to watch sexually disturbing videos “including videos sexualizing human fecal matter,” said the suit obtained by TMZ.

“One of the videos Zawaideh claims she was forced to watch was a couple killing a bear and then having sex on top of it.”

White responded Tuesday with a statement quoted by TMZ:

“Many years ago, I exchanged texts with a friend who is now using them to craft a bogus lawsuit. There is absolutely no coincidence to the timing of her claims, and we will defend them vigorously in court.”

Meanwhile, the 29-year-old skateboard icon appears to be enjoying his time in Brazil.
