A 62-year-old man and his 44-year-old female companion stabbed and used a stun gun on another man during a fight in the Skyline neighborhood and were later arrested.

The fight took place at 8:45 p.m. Friday, at 280 Flowerdale Lane, San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims said.

The victim was a 56-year-old man, Heims added. During the fight the woman used a box cutter to stab the victim three times in the upper back, which punctured his lung. Meanwhile, the male suspect fired a stun gun into the victim’s neck.

The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Heims.

The suspects, he said, were later arrested and were still being processed and booked early this morning.
