The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped Wednesday for the 21st consecutive day, decreasing 1.3 cents to $3.855, its lowest amount since Sept. 26.
The average price has dropped 20.3 cents over the past 21 days, including 1.4 cents Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 8.1 cents less than one week ago and 17.9 cents less than one month ago, but 26.3 cents more than one year ago. It has increased 51.4 cents since the start of the year.
