Resale retailer Uptown Cheapskate, which has more than 50 locations in 20 states, is set to open its first San Diego location at Plaza Paseo Real this fall. The boutique, which sells new and gently used clothing, carries sought-after contemporary brands such as Free People, Lululemon, NIKE, Madewell, Zara, H&M and more.

“We’re excited to bring the center’s first fashion retail shop to the community,” said Shannon Campbell, marketing director for the shopping center. “Uptown Cheapskate will be the perfect destination for fashion-lovers seeking great deals on today’s popular clothing brands as well for those who want to clear out their closet and get some money back for stylish clothes they no longer wear.”

The store will purchase new and gently used, currently fashionable clothing and accessories for cash or trade for men and women.

Plaza Paseo Real is also home to Beach Plum Kitchen, Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, La Costa Coffee Roasting, Color Nails, Pure Barre, Tin Leaf Fresh Kitchen, Vitality Bowls and more.

Uptown Cheapskate will be located on the second level, next to Tomoyama Sushi and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas.
