An apparent signal problems in North County cause train services in Los Angeles and Orange counties to be delayed by 20 minutes Sunday.
Officials at the North County rail agency did not explain what caused the delays, but Metrolink officials in Los Angeles said their trains in San Diego County were delayed due to signal problems at NCTD.
The delays were expected to affect some Metrolink trains on the Orange County and 91 lines, and Amtrak Surfliner service on the Los Angeles-San Diego Corridor.
