The 68-year-old Tony- and Emmy Award-winning comedian, actor, producer, writer and director calls his 8 p.m. Feb. 16 show here “Spend the Night with Billy Crystal.”
Tickets are available to the public at 10 a.m. Friday. Prices range from $71 to $121.
Other tour stops are in San Jose and Santa Barbara. He lives in Los Angeles but hasn’t announced an L.A. date.
“This show is unique. There’s stand up, and ‘sit down’ which gives me great freedom to tell stories, show film clips and talk about my life and career and the world as I see it,” Crystal says. “It’s loose, unpredictable and intimate. The most fun I’ve had on stage in a long time.”
A stand-up comic turned TV star, Crystal found fame with starring roles in “When Harry Met Sally,” “City Slickers” and “Analyze This.”
A nine-time host of the Academy Awards, a record topped only by Bob Hope’s 19 Oscars gigs, Crystal also is an author, with his latest memoir being “Still Foolin’ ‘Em: Where I’ve Been, Where I’m Going, and Where the Hell Are My Keys?”
Crystal is active on Twitter and had memorable remarks at his friend Muhammad Ali’s funeral in June.
